This header file is no longer needed.

Also fix some places where the isa header file was being transitively
included.

9c9b3a5e3d arch-arm: Split purifyTaggedAddr in two sub-functions
This patch is splitting the purifyTaggedAddr helper in two
by introducing the maskTaggedAddress utility

* The first part computes the top bit of the address (computeAddrTop)
(This is required as the MSBs of a VA could be used to store
tags like in FEAT_Pauth)

* The second part applies some masking to the supplied
address (maskTaggedAddress) depending on the top bit to
purify the VA from the TAG

The motivation of this split will be clear in the next patch:
we want to memoize the expensive computeAddrTop. Memoizing
purifyTaggedAddr is inefficient as the first argument
is the VA of the memory request so multiple memory requests
will allocate multiple entries in the results cache and
memoization will rarely be used.

We will memoize the VA agnostic computeAddrTop instead

528d184ac7 misc: Linearlize VecElem indexing.
These registers used to be accessed with a two dimensional index, with
one dimension specifying the register, and the second index specifying
the element within that register. This change linearizes that index down

after the other in sequence.

974a47dfb9 misc: Adopt the gem5 namespace
Apply the gem5 namespace to the codebase.

Some anonymous namespaces could theoretically be removed,
but since this change's main goal was to keep conflicts
at a minimum, it was decided not to modify much the
general shape of the files.

A few missing comments of the form "// namespace X" that
occurred before the newly added "} // namespace gem5"
have been added for consistency.

std out should not be included in the gem5 namespace, so
they weren't.

ProtoMessage has not been included in the gem5 namespace,
since I'm not familiar with how proto works.

Regarding the SystemC files, although they belong to gem5,
they actually perform integration between gem5 and SystemC;
therefore, it deserved its own separate namespace.

Files that are automatically generated have been included
in the gem5 namespace.

The .isa files currently are limited to a single namespace.
This limitation should be later removed to make it easier
to accomodate a better API.

Regarding the files in util, gem5:: was prepended where
suitable. Notice that this patch was tested as much as
possible given that most of these were already not
previously compiling.

3f67faec83 arch,dev,gpu-compute,sim: Rename isa_traits.hh page_size.hh.
The only thing left in isa_traits.hh are two constants, one for the
number of bytes in a page, and one for how far to shift an address to
get the page number. To make it clear that this is the only thing
isa_traits.hh should be used for from this point forward (until it is
entirely eliminated), this change renames it to the much less generic
page_size.hh.

Also, because isa_traits.hh used to have *much* more stuff in it, it was
included in a lot of places it didn't need to be. This change also
clears out all these legacy includes while updating the actually needed
ones to the new name.

7209a44e0a arch-arm: implement the aarch64 ID_ISAR6_EL1 miscregister
This register is used since the Linux kernel 5.6 aarch64 boot.

This register indicates CPU capabilities in aarch32 mode, and it has the
same value as the aarch32 ID_ISAR6 miscregister, which is also added.

The capability values of those registers are analogous to those present in
aarch64 accessible ID_AA64ISAR0_EL1 and ID_AA64ISAR1_EL1, which refer to
aarch64 capabilities however, and were already implemented before this
commit.

The arm architecture document clarifies that reads to this system register
location before it had been defined should return 0, but we were faulting
instead:

62aa07c915 arch, base, cpu, dev: Get rid of the M5_DUMMY_RETURN macro.
This macro probably would have been defined to "return" in some cases,
to be put after a call to a function that doesn't return so that the
compiler wouldn't think control would reach the end of a non-void
function. It was only ever defined to expand to nothing, and now that
[[noreturn]] is a standard attribute, it should never be needed going
forward.
