Wei-Han Chen 8d5c9f90d5 fastmodel: Remove sendFunc 
The original functionality is to access memory inside CPU. However, in
this CL: https://gem5-review.googlesource.com/c/public/gem5/+/45581,
the access method has been changed to use Iris API.

Thus, this CL removes this function.
