Bobby R. Bruce 351b33699a tests: Removed 60.bzip2 tests ...

In an effort to cleanup the old tests, and migrate useful tests to be
executed via `test/main.py`, it has been decided that the
`test/quick/60.bzip2` tests should be removed.
