Daniel R. Carvalho 5f5aae8940 dev: Remove a couple of deprecated namespaces ...

These namespaces have gone through the deprecation period
and can now be removed: Sinic, SCMI, Ps2, Regs, Keyboard,
Mouse, TxdOp, iGbReg, CopyEngineReg.
