This commit changes metric units (e.g. kB, MB, and GB) to binary units
(KiB, MiB, GiB) in various files. This PR covers files that were missed
by a previous PR that also made these changes.
By default, the --stderr-file and --stdout-file arguments were
directing the simulator output to files named "simerr" and
"simout" respectively if an output redirect was requested.
A small annoyance is these files lack an extension meaning programs
refuse to open them, or to do so without some additional effort. On
many systems they are assumed to scripts.
This patch adds the .txt extension to both, thus clearly indicating
to other programs these are text files and can be opened to be read
as such.

An example case,
```python
mem_side_port = RequestPort(
"This port sends requests and " "receives responses"
)
```
This is the residue of running the python formatter.
This is done by finding all tokens matching the regex `"\s"(?![.;"])`
and manually replacing them by empty strings.

This change adds a script to generate graphs from the stats file
output by the configuration script low_power_sweep.py.
The graphs show stacked bars for time spent and energy consumed
wherein each component of the stacked bar represents a DRAM power
state (Idle, Refresh, Active, Active Power-down, Precharge Power-down
and Self-refresh). The script generates one plot per delay value. It
also generates a pdf (--pdf option) in which the graphs are laid out
such that you can easily compare how the increasing delay and other
swept params affect the resulting energy.
