Steve Reinhardt ddcec6a6f5 Fix stats incompatibility with g++ 3.4. ...

base/statistics.hh:
    Get rid of operator%... g++ 3.4 complains that this isn't defined
    for doubles (which makes sense).  We never use it anyway.
