Tommaso Marinelli 7f50372979 configs: Update legacy RISC-V FS Linux script (#1753) ...

This PR improves the legacy RISC-V FS Linux script in the following
ways:

- Adds an argument to specify the bootloader, to (optionally) use the
  `RiscvBootloaderKernelWorkload` class.
- Updates the DTB generation function adding the Chosen node. This
  fixes the execution with recent Linux kernels.
- Checks if the `--kernel` required argument is set.
