Steve Reinhardt 2c2f5f86d7 Fix: opt_cpu and trace_cpu were already defined in syscall_emulation 
when I added them to the global list...

SConscript:
    Remove opt_cpu and trace_cpu from syscall_emulation_sources
    to avoid double definition.
