469f0671d1 misc: Fix coding style for class-opening braces
The systemc dir was not included in this fix.

First it was identified that there were only occurrences
at 0, 1, and 2 levels of indentation, using:

    grep -nrE --exclude-dir=systemc \
        "^ *class [A-Za-z].* {$" src/

Then the following commands were run to replace:

<indent level>class X ... {

by:

<indent level>class X ...
<indent level>{

Level 0:
    grep -nrl --exclude-dir=systemc
        "^class [A-Za-z].* {$" src/ | \
        xargs sed -Ei \
        's/^class ([A-Za-z].*) \{$/class \1\n\{/g'

Level 1:
    grep -nrl --exclude-dir=systemc \
        "^    class [A-Za-z].* {$" src/ | \
        xargs sed -Ei \
        's/^    class ([A-Za-z].*) \{$/    class \1\n    \{/g'

and so on.

9bffae0e02 arch, base, sim: Demote (SE|FS)TranslatingPortProxy &s to PortProxy &s.
Al(most) all of the interesting differences between the two classes
have been removed. There are some control methods which are still
specific to each type which may require treating them as their true
type, but most code that consumes them doesn't need to worry about
which is which.

df7f0892ed syscall_emul: devirtualize BaseBufferArg methods
Not clear why they were marked virtual to begin with,
but that doesn't appear to be necessary.

44af2c6a69 syscall_emul: Put BufferArg classes in a separate header.
Move the BufferArg classes that support syscall buffer args
(i.e., pointers into simulated user space) out of syscall_emul.hh
and into a new header syscall_emul_buf.hh so they are accessible
to emulated driver implementations.

Take the opportunity to add some comments as well.
