Erin Le	e1db67c4bd	configs, dev, learning-gem5, python, tests: more clarification ... This commit contains the rest of the base 2 vs base 10 cache/memory size clarifications. It also changes the warning message to use warn(). With these changes, the warning message should now no longer show up during a fresh compilation of gem5. Bobby R. Bruce	3b0cb574f5	tests: Update tests to use ALL/gem5.opt compilation ... Where possible the gem5 tests have been updated to use the build/ALL/gem5.opt compilation. If a quick test requied a specific a ISA/protocol compilation they were moved to the long/nightly set. This means all the quick/kokoro tests are run with the build/ALL/gem5.opt compilation. The learning_gem5 tests have been updated to use ALL/gem5.opt.
