974a47dfb9 misc: Adopt the gem5 namespace
Apply the gem5 namespace to the codebase.

Some anonymous namespaces could theoretically be removed,
but since this change's main goal was to keep conflicts
at a minimum, it was decided not to modify much the
general shape of the files.

A few missing comments of the form "// namespace X" that
occurred before the newly added "} // namespace gem5"
have been added for consistency.

std out should not be included in the gem5 namespace, so
they weren't.

ProtoMessage has not been included in the gem5 namespace,
since I'm not familiar with how proto works.

Regarding the SystemC files, although they belong to gem5,
they actually perform integration between gem5 and SystemC;
therefore, it deserved its own separate namespace.

Files that are automatically generated have been included
in the gem5 namespace.

The .isa files currently are limited to a single namespace.
This limitation should be later removed to make it easier
to accomodate a better API.

Regarding the files in util, gem5:: was prepended where
suitable. Notice that this patch was tested as much as
possible given that most of these were already not
previously compiling.

94d44ada63 sim: Add unit test for sim/port
Add a unit test for sim/port.

The fact that binding a port does not automatically
bind its peer is error-prone, and should likely be
revisited in the future.

d3024accaf sim: Add some helpers to catch and reporting using unbound ports.
If a port is unbound, trying to call its peer will likely cause a
segfault. Rather than check if a port is bound every time you go to use
it, we can instead bind to a default peer which just throws an exception
back to the caller. The caller can catch the exception and report the
error.

This change adds a common new class to throw as the exception, and also
a small utility function which reports the error and dies.

9f405040cd sim: Move destructor of Port to public
To preventing from instantiating an abstract class, hiding its
constructor is enough. Moving destructor to public doesn't break this
intention. This also makes us can use smart pointer to manage derived
Port class.

2a566b4fa7 mem, sim, systemc: Reorganize Port and co.s bind, unbind slightly.
The base Port class can keep track of its peer, and also whether it's
connected. This is partially delegated away from the port subclasses
which still keep track of a cast version of their peer pointer for
their own conveneince, so that it can be used by generic code. Even
with the Port mechanism's new flexibility, each port still has
exactly one peer and is either connected or not based on whether there
is a peer currently.

7f1458bec4 mem: Move bind() and unbind() into the Port class.
These are now pure virtual methods which more specialized port
subclasses will need to implement. The SlavePort class implements them
by ignoring them and then providing parallel functions for the
MasterPort to call. The MasterPort's methods do basically what they
did before, except now bind() uses dynamic cast to check if its peer
is of the appropriate type and also to convert it into that type before
connecting to it.
