Add support for event tracking. Esentially this puts a sequence

of events into the database for a given run.

base/stats/mysql.cc:
base/stats/mysql.hh:
    reorganize mysql stat stuff so that other stuff can use
    the same database connection
base/traceflags.py:
    Trace flag to print out events
