Giacomo Travaglini 03bebc647f system-arm: Rename ARM bootloader directories
The patch is renaming:

system/arm/simple_bootloader -> system/arm/bootloader/arm
system/arm/aarch64_bootloader -> system/arm/bootloader/arm64
