2bc5a8b71a misc: Run pre-commit run on all files in repo 
The following command was run:

```
pre-commit run --all-files
```

This ensures all the files in the repository are formatted to pass our
checks.

9313294efe misc: Remove AMD license addition 
Remove the line "For use for simulation and test purposes only" in files
were AMD is the only copyright holder listed in the header. This happens
to be the case for all files where this line exists, removing it
completely from gem5.

2b0ab1f48e cpu: Rename GpuThread in gpu_ruby_test tester 
The GpuThread class will be used as an abstract class for any thread
type (CPU, GPU, DMA) therefore changing to a more appropriate name.

f36817c367 tests,configs,mem-ruby: Adding Ruby tester for GPU_VIPER 
This patch adds the GPU protocol tester that uses data-race-free
operation to discover bugs in GPU protocols including GPU_VIPER. For
