This patch allows for the "version" field in the resources.json file to
be `null` (translated to `None` in the Python JSON package) or not
declared. In this case the resources.json file will be used regardless
as to what version the gem5 binary is set. This is useful for testing
purposes.
Tests have been updated to utilize this where possible.

This commit specializes the Resource class into specific sub-types.
The `Resource`, `CustomResource` and `CustomDiskImageResource` classes
have been deprecated in favor of the `AbstractResource` subclasses.
Custom Resources can be created via the resource specialization
constructor. Resources can be obtained via the gem5-resource
infrastructure with the `obtain_resource` function.
Fully implemented:
- DiskImageResource
- BinaryResource
- KernelResource
- BootloaderResource
- FileResource
- DirectoryResource
Partially implemented:
- SimpointResource
- CheckpointResource
While the schema of the resource.json file has changed, efforts have
been made to ensure backwards compatibility is maintained during this
transition.
Tests are included in this commit to verify this feature works as
expected.
**Note:** The Simpoint tests are disabled in this commit, to be
reenabled when Simpoint resource specialization is fully incorporated

Theses improvements are:
1. Renames the test suite to the correct "ResourceDownloaderTestSuite".
This was correctly named MD5FileTestSuite due to a copy-and-paste
error.
2. Adds the `setUpClass` and `tearDownClass` from the Python's unittest
framework. These are used to create the simple "resources.json" file
used for testing, set the "GEM5_RESOURCE_JSON", and delete these when
the test is complete.
3. The tests have been updated to utilize the improvements added in 2.

This commit adds the concept of a "Workload" to the stdlib. Workloads
specify the details needed to run a particular gem5 workload on an
stdlib board. These are specified as part of gem5-resources and loaded
via the `Workload` class though can be specified locally via the
`CustomWorkload` class.
Tests are included in this commit to verify the functionality of these
Workloads.

Previously the pyunit tests needed run in the gem5 root, this change
allows them to run as part of the quick TestLib tests (thereby having
them run as part of the presubmit checks). This runs all the TestLib
tests as a single test using the NULL gem5 binary.
`tests/run_pyunit.py` has been updated to only parse files with the
`pyunit` prefix in their filname. As such `pyunit/util/test_convert.py`
has been renamed `pyunit/util/pyunit_convert_check.py`. The word `test`
has been removed entirely as to not clash with the testlib tests as run
by `tests/main.py`.
Example usage:
```
./main.py run --uid SuiteUID:tests/pyunit/test_run.py:pyunit-tests-NULL-x86_64-opt
```
