Gabe Black	1088f0c4ac	misc: Rename misc.(hh|cc) to logging.(hh|cc) ... These files aren't a collection of miscellaneous stuff, they're the definition of the Logger interface, and a few utility macros for calling into that interface (panic, warn, etc.). Andreas Sandberg	139c97c977	dev: Move existing PCI device functionality to src/dev/pci ... Move pcidev.(hh|cc) to src/dev/pci/device.(hh|cc) and update existing devices to use the new header location.
