f6a453362f mem: Atomic ops to same address
Augmenting the DataBlock class with a change log structure to
record the effects of atomic operations on a data block and
service these changes if the atomic operations require return
values.

Although the operations are atomic, the coalescer need not
send unique memory requests for each operation. Atomic
operations within a wavefront to the same address are now
coalesced into a single memory request. The response of this
request carries all the necessary information to provide the
requesting lanes unique values as a result of their individual
atomic operations. This helps reduce contention for request
and response queues in simulation.

Previously, only the final value of the datablock after all
atomic ops to the same address was visible to the requesting
waves. This change corrects this behavior by allowing each wave
to see the effect of this individual atomic op is a return value
is necessary.

6e182b025d mem-ruby: Fix clang-14 compilation warning "use of bitwise"
Clang Version 14 throws a warning "use of bitwise '&/|' with boolean
operands" for cases where bitwise operations are used where boolean
operations are intended.

This occurred in "WriteMast.hh", "data.isa", and "decode.cc" where
boolean values were being compared using the bitwise operands. While
bitwise operations are equivalent, they have been changed to boolean
operations in this patch to avoid the clang-14 warning.

974a47dfb9 misc: Adopt the gem5 namespace
Apply the gem5 namespace to the codebase.

Some anonymous namespaces could theoretically be removed,
but since this change's main goal was to keep conflicts
at a minimum, it was decided not to modify much the
general shape of the files.

A few missing comments of the form "// namespace X" that
occurred before the newly added "} // namespace gem5"
have been added for consistency.

std out should not be included in the gem5 namespace, so
they weren't.

ProtoMessage has not been included in the gem5 namespace,
since I'm not familiar with how proto works.

Regarding the SystemC files, although they belong to gem5,
they actually perform integration between gem5 and SystemC;
therefore, it deserved its own separate namespace.

Files that are automatically generated have been included
in the gem5 namespace.

The .isa files currently are limited to a single namespace.
This limitation should be later removed to make it easier
to accomodate a better API.

Regarding the files in util, gem5:: was prepended where
suitable. Notice that this patch was tested as much as
possible given that most of these were already not
previously compiling.

33f3659825 mem-ruby: Getter/setter for atomic ops in WriteMask
Adding getter and setter methods for getting and setting the atomic ops
in the WriteMask class. This allows for message types with WriteMasks to
get or set the atomic ops without explicitly modifying the constructor
for the message type. This will beused by the DMASequencer which uses the
SequencerMsg type where the constructor is auto generated via SLICC.

f6b828d068 style: eliminate explicit boolean comparisons
Result of running 'hg m5style --skip-all --fix-control -a' to get
rid of '== true' comparisons, plus trivial manual edits to get
rid of '== false'/'== False' comparisons.

Left a couple of explicit comparisons in where they didn't seem
unreasonable:
invalid boolean comparison in src/arch/mips/interrupts.cc:155
>>        DPRINTF(Interrupt, "Interrupts OnCpuTimerINterrupt(tc) == true\n");<<
invalid boolean comparison in src/unittest/unittest.hh:110
>>            "EXPECT_FALSE(" #expr ")", (expr) == false)<<
