Subject: [PATCH] Check in python script that reads the python stats output.
 Still needs a lot of work, but it's at least as good as the normal output,
 and has some features that normal ouput is missing such as bin totalling with
 correct formulas and totalling of 2d vectors and such.  It will also filter
 out specific stats for printing.  (basically grep, but no mistakes.)
